Faulty FIT file

Hi 

I have a faulty FIT after a tough 16o Kms ride.  Can some clever person help me by fixing it please?

    Good news, your original fit file uploads to Garmin Connect via Garmin Connect Web

    But one error for lap data (Message index 5 missing from lap messages.)

    and this is repaired with the help of FitFileRepairTool

    Hi, thanks and apologies for not seeing this before!! Thanks for your efforts - unfortunately it is still showing the incorrect distance (56 miles). The actual distance was 100 miles and it covered the climb up Puig Major in Mallorca in a howling gale and the descent into Pollensa is freezing rain!!  Could you be so kind as to have a second look at the file?  Many thanks!!

    did you try this ?

    no error message from Garmin Connect Web anymore

    must be something Garmin rectified and FitFileRepairTool messed up also
