Message on brand new Edge 1030: "PhysioTrueup disabled in Garmin Connect". Also, user profile not updating.

1- Message on Edge 1030: "PhysioTrueup disabled in Garmin Connect".

2- User profile is not updating.

3- Message notifications from iPhone to Edge 1030 work.

4- Uploading after completing an activity to Garmin Connect from the Edge 1030 works. Activity shows up on my second device (Fenix 5) as well. The opposite is not working. ......activity from Fenix 5 does not get reflected on Edge 1030.

5- 7 day Training Load from Fenix 5 not reflected on Edge1030.

6- Syncing from Garmin Express didn't help.

7- Physio Trueup is enabled in Garmin Connect (Mac- web version) and Garmin Connect iPhone app for both Edge 1030 and Fenix 5.

Garmin Connect App v.4.19.0.11

Iphone X v.12.3.1,

Garmon Express v. 6.14.1.0

MacBook Air macOS 10.14.3

Google Chrome Version 74.0.3729.169

Yep. Samekind of problems here. Something fishy going on in the back-end at Garmin. I'm currently waiting a response from Garmin. I submitted all the content (files) from my Edge 1030 last week to Garmin Finland.

Thank you. Hopefully, Garmin will get this fixed. If not, I'm returning my 1030.
