Can someone please fix my fit file. Garmin 1030 froze up while saving the ride. I was unable to upload it to Straa or Garmin Connect. This was my 9th ride with the garmin and I am not sure I made a good purchase! Thanks
Could you try this file fit?. it is a activity with 21kms recorded but only appears in graphics a third. route because turns off during route, many thanks
tiger98 - that is all the data that was contained in the file 21.20km/30min45secs. The Event Log contains a power down entry at 31min:08sec.

Many Many Thanks Mike, What is strange is the fact that on Garmin Connect the activity is complete without problems but if export it on Strava is imported incomplete. Anyway thanks for your availability. ciao
Hi, I've just bought a new Garmin edge 1030 and already have a problem - the attached .fit file appears to be corrupted. I can see the activity happened on the Edge itself, but I'm not able to see any of the data. I've tried the online 'fix .fit files' sites but with no luck. Is there anyone who can help fix this file? And also know why the problem occurred in the first place? Many thanks in advance for any help, Kev
Were you trying to upload the file via bluetooth or through GC? And is the

Brilliant, thanks Mike. I tried uploading both via bluetooth and directly from the Garmin device itself. I tried uploading the original .fit file directly on the computer to both Strava and Garmin Connect, but with no joy - this worked though, so thanks so much again. Out of interest, is there any way of knowing what the problem was? As mentioned, I only recently bought the Edge 1030 and this happened (I had an 810 before and never had a problem)
