Can someone please fix my FIT file

Can someone please fix my fit file. Garmin 1030 froze up while saving the ride. I was unable to upload it to Straa or Garmin Connect. This was my 9th ride with the garmin and I am not sure I made a good purchase!

Good evening

Since three months I use a Garmin Edge 1030 und yesterday I had the problem that a FIT file was damaged and could not be uploaded to Garmin Connect. I tried several ways to repair it with no success. Maybe someone can help me, please?

It was 50-55 km ride and I take part in a compettition, so this ride is important to me. If somecone could explain the error and how to fix it (I hope it is possible) I am happy to learn something to help myself.

All file repairs are done using the power of the Fit File Repair Tool.

Give this file a try - it looks like it was missing the summary data.

Well, I have a Mac at home and a Chrombook for my travels. Looks like it works just with windows. I'll check if I can run it in an emulation and if it works, I'm happy to buy a license.

Hi Mike,

i've been skiing with my 645 Music today. But I'm not able to sync my activity with Garmin Connect. I already tried all possible sync's (wifi, bt, usb), but nothing works. Maybe you can have a look at my fit file.

Hi Mike,

thanks for your fast support. I replaced my corrupt file with yours in GARMIN/Acitities. Sync works, but my skiing activity is not showing up.

Your file is working like a charm. I had to manually upload it to Garmin Connect.
