Can someone please fix my FIT file

Can someone please fix my fit file. Garmin 1030 froze up while saving the ride. I was unable to upload it to Straa or Garmin Connect. This was my 9th ride with the garmin and I am not sure I made a good purchase!

Today my 1030 crashed in the middle of a 2 hour indoor training session and now it appears that the file is corrupt. Could sombody help me?

Corrupted File from 1030 or rather the Synch didn't work and the Import gave me ... [TABLE]

over and over again.
