I am running IOS12, and can connect with myEdge 1030. However, the trips i have done in the past two weeks all show up on my edge as “today”. I can synchronize with the iPhone, but the trips will not actually show up on Garmin connect, only the most recent one.

Consequently, all the data is useless, because my exercise load is excessive according to my Edge (all trips happened “today”).

I have sent an email to Garmin support over a week ago, but unbelievably, zero answer. Can you believe this from a company that sold me the unit for 600 EUR when it came out? I even considered getting a Fenix 5 Plus Sapphire only a month ago. No way I will get another device with this faulty software.

As a side note: My Fitbit has never had an issue with connecting or synching in four years.
