Garmin Express wants to install the US map

I received a reconditioned Garmin after sending it through the halo and when I connect it to Express it tells me that I have to install the map of the United States but I live in Europe. With the previous unit this did not happen and I want to remove the Garmin express notice since I live in Europe

Maybe it need to be reset to factory settings then setup and sync? Or is it trying to install the US Map along with the Europe map?

I have done factory reset and I have deleted the user data.
I have also deleted the maps and installed only the map of Europe, but the update of the map of the USA continues

Contact Garmin, they need to change your account details

You will need to get it switched out as the unit you have is registered as a NA unit.
