Looking for 1030 APP to TAKE notes during ride

Found multiple apps that can display notes on 1030 however looking for an app to take short notes when I ride my bike so I don't have to stop and use my phone or what usually happens just forget what I wanted to write down.
Any help is much appreciated.

I'm wondering how you are going to type in a note while the bike is in motion. Why not just use your phone and take a voice memo?

Some people complain that the 1030 is too big. An app like this will get others to complain that it's too small.

Even Garmin realizes these devices are horrible to type long text on.

This is almost guaranteed to be a much-worse experience than using a smartphone.

May as well get a Quad Lock case for your phone and mount it on the stem.

Typing as you ride cannot be safe no matter the app or device. Please stop to do this. Your life is worth more than the little time this takes.

I remember that Sony did a Walkman that can record. Perhaps buy one of them with a handy microphone?
