Heart rate zones all 38%

I've set my garmin connect app and the 1030 device to use %HRR for my hear rate zones.
however, my 1030 zones are showing
38% - 38% for zones 1-3
38% - 100% for zone 4
100% - 100% for zone 5.
and it keeps reverting back to this.

I've tried resetting the 1030, and resyncing. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

I recommend setting it on GC web, firing up the GC app on your phone (do not change anything) then turning on your 1030 and syncing.

Ok, that seems to have worked/
It seems that the garmin was losing my resting heart rate data, and chaging the heart zones to seriously weird and backward percentages. For example, Zone 3 would be 147% - 178%.
Adding the resting heart rate would change the zones, and cause the 38% issue.

Anyway, that was just if anyone was interested. It all seems to be working now.
