Update from Beta 6.46 to Firmware Version 7.00

I have 6.46 beta, if I will install Ver 7.00 , besides screens etc , I want to have VO2 max and training status history

What files/folder I have to copy in order to have continuity?

where do you get the 7.00? i cannot find any link nor my express has found it.

Use Garmin Express the update should show up.

Mine updated last night without any problems, All profiles and settings stayed intact
