error with training peaks sync

every time i try and download my training peaks workout i get an error unknown? or error 400 has happened a few times just never know when.

This is happening when the clock is unsyced between garmin device and TP platform. Try to sync clock on your device by turning on gps module and let it try to locate satellites and wait to sync the clock. This should help.

I reset to factory settings and it worked after that
