Basecamp not showing rides.

First ride with my new 1030
Baecamp not showing any ride data. Also RubyTrac3 shows...There is no data on the device but Garmin Connect show full ride data. What am I doing wrong?

Sorted! I set the 1030 to record rides to the SD card. My iMac shows this as a separate drive. Have now re-set the 1030 and moved the ride data to the built-in memory.
Shows OK now on RubyTrak3 and Basecamp.
