Well, what do you know..., MORE BT Connectivity Issues!

1. Edge 1030, Firmware 6.30
2. iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12.1

When pairing between the Garmin and the iPhone, the only device that appears (after a LONG wait), is the BT LE side of the software. It worked fine together until about 10 days ago and it's been nothing but trouble ever since.

Any ideas?
  • I don't know which troubles you have since the last 10 days...
    But as far as I know it is normal that there is only BLE established.
    BT is established automatically if needed - if "much" data is to be transferred like upload an activity from Edge to GC via cellphone.
  • Is it possible GC app was updated on your phone? Even if that is not the case I recommend deleting and reinstalling GC on your phone. Probably a phone reboot would not hurt either. These techniques have worked for me, albeit with Android.
