New replacement 1030 will not sync with iPhone

i got a new replacement 1030 and now can not get it to sync with my iPhone. Never had really any problems before. I have deleted everything many times and reconnected but still will not sync. It’s says it connected to my phone. Don’t know what to do at this point? Help
  • Your description of "deleted everything many times and reconnected" is a bit vague. Have you actually selected "forget phone" on the 1030 as well as unpair the 1030 from your phone? Then, most important, are you going through a complete setup via GCM? Does it result in a completed/successful setup?
  • Yes did all of that many times. I have gotten it to sync 2 times in about 10 or more rides. Hoping with the new update It will fix whatever is going on with it.
