Old Route is always in the Map Edge 1030

An old Route I cycled is always visible in the Map from my Edge 1030. This is confusing and I can not get rid of this Route in the Map. I removed the GPS folder (that was empty) from the device but no change. Any suggestions?

Go to Navigation > Courses > Stored Courses > [select the course that is always displayed] > Settings > Always show -> disabled

Thx for your replay.
I have 6 courses stored but none of them is the one that is still displayed. From all 6 courses Always Display setting is Off.
You have another suggestion?

Sounds like it is showing the activity you recorded and not the course. Delete the activity.

Thx for the solution that brought me to this idea. Via my Garmin Connect I found the activity and in stead of deleting it, on my Garmin I looked up the activity (Date) and transferred it to a Course, so no deletion. Now the Map is clear again. So this works as well.
