Dear all,
I have been using the Garmin 1030 for a couple of months now. Whilst using navigation I notice that placenames (especially villagenames) are often not visible whilst streetnames while some specific places - e.g. like a campsite - are visible. I have played around with the settings but none seem to add the placenames to both cities and villages. I can set the detail and choose between map points, user locations, street names and country (but not place) and switch the detail level but this does not seem to do the trick.
Does anyone know how I can make sure that I'll see the place name of all villages and cities if zoomed out a bit? I'm pretty sure I'm missing something here, but I could not find an earlier message about this.
