Garmin FTP Test

Hello,

i wanted to do the garmin ftp test.
can anyone explain me
"bike 5:00 3s pwr pwr zone 6"
exactly what does the "3s" means?

It means the test is using a 3 second average power value to smooth the data to make it easier to stay in the specified zone.

i thought, i should be doing 3 sprints in 5 minutes in power zone 6.
So, i have just to stay in power zone 6 and the 3s is no order, just a info??

Correct, it is informing you what power value it showing.

One more question: the test has 7 steps ramping up more and more.
Does it have to be completet until the end to get an result?
Or ist it working as an "ramptest": ride as long as you can?
