Auto Sleep not working

I have been having some issues with auto-sleep function. When I start my ride it works fine, but if I make a stop, or ir I take bumpy roads (with the MTB) the auto-sleep function stops working. I checked and tryed to enable it (which already was on) and nothing works. The software is updated. Anybody else having this issue? Any sugestion about what to do?

Do you mean auto-pause and not auto-sleep?

I mean the Auto-Sleep function... It works for a while... then stops working...

I don't understand the problem. I think if the timer is running, then the Edge will not go into auto sleep mode. If the timer is off, the Edge will enter sleep mode after five minutes. How do the bumpy roads effect the auto sleep mode?

I wounder if the original poster means auto-pause rather than auto-sleep ? If so what type of speed sensor are you using if any?
