Garmin Express not seeing Firmware 5.0 for download

That's because it's an incremental rollout:

The incremental rollout will be pushed out to 50% tomorrow early afternoon and be 100% by end of day tomorrow.

OK. I didn't know what the 6/4 incremental rolloutis.

Are these firmware updates cumulative, or do they need to be updated sequentially one production version at a time? I ask because I'm on 3.90 and don't know if I need to go to 4.0 in order to see 5.0, or if I'm not seeing it because the incremental rollout and just need to wait another day for the 100% rollout.
