This just showed up in the Fenix 5 series forum looking forward to this one :)

I downloaded the update for Fenix 5s from : https://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=11661

However, after following the instructions, the update didn't run on my watch. Have you tried? Any luck? Thank you.

I have put it on both the FR935 and he Fenix 5X without issues I have seen other posts of users having the same just don’t remember what they did to solve it. Look in the Newfiles and RemoteSW folders and see if there are any files just hanging out.

Tried this on my F5. Activities sync up fairly quickly. Common metrics like Distances are not updated though. So, even though I did a 5AM 20K ride this morning, my watch still says 3.3k - my walk.

I loaded the beta on my 935 and nice that 2 rides using my 520 and 1030 would then show up on my 935 after a sync.

how do I activare it? i have installed the last beta on my 1030 and I have read about this option but I cannot find it.

It needs to be enable on the phone under the device settings in GCM.

i can confirm it is working on the beta edge 1030 :)
