Missing preloaded maps on my 1030 garmin

Hi to everybody, I can’t see the preloaded maps on my garmin. In the map page I can see only the blue track(path) but no roads, rivers,.....

could you help me to solve this issue?

There are more than one reanson possible:
-you are out of map-coverage (for example: using an American device in Europe)
-there are no maps on your device anymore (for unknown reasons)
-the map is disabled

What you can do:
go to your activity-profile, chose Navigation, chose Maps and Select maps: check if all maps are enabled - especially the Cyclemap.
