How to set time?

Hi everybody

Got another device from garmin, but how long does it take to set correct time? Or is it possible to set in manually?

The time should be set based on GPS information. It should be correct as soon as you get a fix.

Go outside when sunny and start a fake training at your Garmin -> 2 or 3 minutes and time will be set.

thanks guys, that worked indeed, took 15min but it worked

i have changed location from USA to Thailand and used the s60 many times for golf, but it still 12 hours off time.

Because You dont have timezone map file on it, connect it to the PC/MAC, run a Garmin Express and it will download the timezone file.
