I don't know why but it states that a Garmin chest heart rate monitor must be used. I also don't see my stress score as well because I use a Wahoo Tickr chest heart rate monitor?.
I have a Garmin HR chest belt, but the stress score test doesn't work for me neither. The HR belt is ok, it works fine when on a ride. But it doesn't activate with stress score (no HR data visible) and i verified that bluetooth sensor is connected.

It sounds like the Wahoo Tickr HRM does not support HRV over its ANT+ channel. You'll need to pair to the BLE connection instead.
