Edge 1030: How to change the predefined SMS with an iPhone 7 or later

Hi, When will it be possible to change the predefined SMS on the Garmin Edge 1030 with an iPhone 7 or later ?

about: Messages Allows you to reply to an incoming call or text message with a preset text message. This feature is available with compatible Android

or Windows[SUP]®[/SUP] smartphones. And the iPhone ??

That feature isn't available on the iPhone ... I'm pretty sure there is no way for an iOS app to initiate the sending of a message (SMS or iMessage).

fallingrock is correct. iOS is not supported with the reply text messages feature. This feature is available on Android devices only.

pretrep what others? I know of no iOS app that has the ability to send a SMS or iMessage.

There is nothing to figure out. Apple simply does not allow their apps to do SMS messaging.

I'd like to refresh the subject. It's been more than a year since last post, has anything changed? Is it possible to send predefined messages from edge 1030 paired with iPhone? Edge 1030 has this graph on its box “made for iPhone” – is it really?
