Bluetooth heart rate (Polar H10) will not pair because

My Polar H10 Bluetooth chest heart rate sensor will not pair with my 1030. The 1030 thinks the maximum number of sensor has exceeded. They is no other sensors and never has been any other sensors installed. I have tried resetting all factor settings, deleting all memory. Would love to get my heart rate back. I have been using my iPhone till they fix it or I can find a way to get it working again.

Has anybody had this problem?
  • I think what's happening is the sensor ID is the same. You may have it added as Ant+ already? That's what happened to my Quarq. It has both Ant+ and BT. I had already added the Ant+ sensor previously. The Edge should really show an icon or something indicating that the sensor is BT or Ant+ in my opinion. It's super difficult when you're adding all sensors to know which is which.
  • Still can’t get it to work. Will never stay connected to my phone as before but I think it worse. Gotten to a point don’t even try to sync it anymore. As of right now I have a really nice $600 Speedo.
