When navigating a course it's easy to cancel navigation on the Edge 1000 by touching the map or screen, then touch the top section and it brings up that black screen with wifi, bluetooth, sensors, weather etc. Also it showed you which course was being followed and an option to cancel or stop navigation. Can you do it on the 1030? I now there is a red cross on the map (as was on the 1000), but are there other ways?

You can swipe down to get the control panel screen then swipe left twice to get a stop navigation control.

You can stop navigation by one click on the cross mark icon in the left down corner of the map screen.
