Garmin Edge 1030 won't update to v 3.20 via Garmin Express

Not sure why I'm having this issue, but when I go to Garmin's website I see Version 3.20 but in my Garmin Express on Mac all I get is V. 2.28.01. How can I download the latest Garmin software if Garmin Express won't update?
Using 5.7.0.0 on Mac. Having this issue on a number of devices. Not sure if its due to the fact that Garmin isn't updating Garmin Express in this region, or if it's because I'm using the Mac version? Thanks for the file though. Much appreciated.
Varia Vision also doesn't update to the latest software as well as my other devices. My devices will update but it seems to be a version or two behind the US.
Thanks Alan. How can I update it without Garmin Express? I tried to do this on my Varia Vision loading the file onto the device directly but it wouldn?t update.
