Issue with connecting Trek Duo Trap

When connecting the Trek Duo Trap, the 1030 will automatically go in "auto-pause" mode, even when the auto-puase is off.
Took me about 10 kilometers today to find out.......

When connected you will see cadance (and hartrate, etc), however not the speed of the Trek DuoTrap, but the system doesn't work because it is in auto-pause mode.
  • I have the most current model of DuoTrap installed and have not experienced this, but did first pair the wrong sensor which resulted in no speed readout (or other related data). Are you sure it's a problem with DuoTrap? Have you tried removing and re-installing the sensor? Which model of DuoTrap do you have? Previous model has a clear plastic cover flush on the outside of the chain stay. Newer model is a black module mounted externally on the inside of the chain stay.

It is working via ANT+ connection!
Connection via "All sensors", then choose the one with the number (ANT+) and not the one named "DuoTrap".
    See other topic.
  • I have the same problem. When I Connect the Duotrap my speed/kilometer disappears.

    what to do?

    • Same for me, ant+ is working, but Bluetooth not. Unfortunately via ant+ cycling dynamics is not present. Question is, is that a Garmin or Trek issue?
