Problem with screen Display brightness

I found the problem. When using battery saving the screen display will not be more then 50%.

By the way I have some problems with firmware 3.20.

My problems so far.

1: Wifi problem. Edge 1030 will not find and/or connect with wifi networks.
2: Problem's with Apple Iphone 7 connection (connection with my Android phone works better but not 100% stable).

I will asap test the edge 1030 for other problems or bugs.

I experienced one more problem. The Garmin 1030 is shutting down by itself on strange moments.

I found another problem with the Edge 1030. the Garmin will not connect with my Varia UT800 light. The Garmin will not find it in any way. ;-(
With my Edge 1000 the connection between Varia UT800 and and head unit is a breeze. No problems what so ever.

One problem solved. The Garmin 1030 is connected with the Garmin Varia UT800 light. a lightnetwork was created. It had something to do with the correct pairing setting on the Varia light.

One question for others: Do you also think that the Edge 1030 screen is a bit vage. I can't explain it with another word. The colors don't pop when in 100% brightness. When I compare it with the Edge 1000 the colors are not bright at all. Do you experience the same?

I just came back from a test ride with my Garmin 1030 and everything worked fine. My setup:

1: Garmin Edge 1030 paired with OnePlus 5 android phone = no problems
2: wifi at home did not work, but when I manually entered the wifi network setup it worked.
3: my wife did some test sms and they came through. I could answer them with the Edge 1030 possible answers.
4: livetrack worked. My wife saw me cycling. Only problem is that livetrack in google says that livetrack activity is not completed but the session is completed.
5: Garmin worked fine with Garmin Varia UT800 light. the lightnetwork on the Garmin worked fine.
6: The Garmin worked fine. No problems occcured. The Display is crisp, but has a lack of color. The colors don't pop and don't stand out. Don't know if this is normal.
7: When I came home, my trip was transfered to Strava by wifi.

Final note. I also paired the Edge 1030 with my iphone 7+ but this was not a succes. Seems that android works better then apple at the moment.

This has come up in earlier threads.

The display on the 1030 has been optimized for outdoor use. Indoors the color can look a little washed out. Try taking both units outside in to the sunlight and compare them again.

I have the exact same problems:

- the connection with my iPhone 7 is always connecting and disconnecting...
- no networks connections...
- I thing my screen is too dark....

Every thing in 3.20 FW...

Any update for the nearly future??
