Edge 1030 and SRAM ETap

Strange, my etap doesn’t connect either for the last 2 months, I have removed both batteries but still not connecting. Have you resolved yours and if so how?

My eTap started having drop outs 4 days ago.  It keeps dropping all of the read outs and then they pop back on for a mile or two and then drop again.  It worked flawlessly for over a year but no more.  :(

You may need to contact SRAM. I don't know if they have a way of testing the rear derailleur prior to the AXS version. 

Replace the shift levers batteries

I assume you mean the 'brain' module and that's a good idea.  I'll give it a try.

Same here. worked great for over a year, now either drop all the time or shows the wrong gear combo. Shifter batteries and FR batteries are fine. Is this a Garmin issue or a SRAM issue? The shifting works fine, it's just not showing on the EDGE 1030. 

Mine stopped working properly about a week ago, has worked perfectly for a year. Batteries are all good,, shifting is fine, it will find for a few seconds then disappear. My gut tells me this is a Garmin issue. 

I just found an answer on YouTube. Bit of a pain but seemed to work. 

I found it! Do this --> reset your edge and Try doing a reset of the eTap. Remove the 2 battery packs for 5 minutes. Then put them back and shift both the front and rear gears.
