How to install firmware 3.10?

Hello, 
 I'm using Swim2 and my s/w version is 2.9. 
 I want to update it to 3.10 but 2.9 is latest version from Garmin Express. 
 
 Please help me~!!

Software versions are different from region to region. It could be that you are running the latest version. If you are syncing with Garmin Connect or Garmin Express and you're not prompted to update, then you&rsquo;re likely on the latest.
