Huge battery drain after several hard resets

Hi all, I would kindly need some information. Since the forums dealing with this topic are old and/or blocked, I ask you to help me.

A couple of weeks ago the screen of my Swim 2 suddenly freezed during a swimming activity in the indoor pool. Astonished, I made a soft reset, but again same problem after 2 days during a swim activity. I performed 3 hard resets to fix the problem definitely. But, then again, when the problem recurred after a week, I performed two more hard resets. Now, since I did the last hard reset, I suddenly notice a huge battery drain and the watch lasts maximum two days (with 2 hours of swim activity), because then it needs to be recharged. How is it possible? Has the battery broken? Can it be calibrated again? The watch software is version 2.90.

Thanks for your answers or advices and have a good day.

Domenico

  • Update: A few days ago, I noticed that the heart rate monitor is dead and no longer records heartbeats, even though it is activated. I'll post a photo of yesterday's heart rate recording. Is it a problem related to the battery?

Thank you for your support and Merry Christmas to you, all.
