My open water training usually consists of two parts:
1 - continuous swimming for about 2000 m. For that phase I have set up automatic lap count with a distance of 200 m, Thats so I have a report of time, strokes, .. every 200 m. Thats ok
2 - repetition. I usually do some repetition of fast 200 strokes with dynamic rest, or 100 strokes, .. but I can't understand how to use Swim2 for registring those repetition. I tried to use te Lap button, pressing it when starting and terminating the single repetition, but I think that the automatic Lap detection every 200 m creates confusion.
Any suggestion to support this training?
