Swim 2,Open Water drains battery from 100% in 30 minutes then dies.

Start swim with 100% battery, Good GPS then start swimming, every stroke watch is alerting with sound, which must be draining battery super quick as I only get to 2000m then watch shuts down.

I have reset watch twice but still happens. Running 2.60 software and 2.90 GPS. I have alert distance set to 500m and no light on during activity.

Any ideas, very frustrating to lose swim after swim.

soft reset? Push upper left (light) button for about 15 sec, until watch switches off. After that restart the watch. Should solve hanging issues after update.

Mine just shows still full after 1.5 hours of OW swim today. I have distance alert for every 100m, no light, no BT, HR on.

Also keep bluetooth off during the swim, but that should not drain the battery so fast. And make sure that light on gesture is also OFF.
