Swim 2 vibration alert for pool swim distance - can’t feel it!! It is on but nothing happens. Anyone got ideas. I have tried everything. Wish I had never bought this thing. My old cheap swimovate was better

If you wear it loose, you will not feel it. Wearing it tight (but not too tight) the vibration can be felt easily.
