Swim 2 Reboot during data download from HRM-Swim strap

I've owned a Vivoactive HR for 3 years, and now a Swim 2.  As well as a number of Garmin auto and hiking GPS productes.  In general I really appreciate the brand. My principle focus these days is swimming, indoor and out.  Can't wait to try out the GPS swim 2 outdoors, as soon as the ice comes off the lakes up here in Canada.  This past week I observed some strange behaviour from my Garmin Swim 2.  Was using it indoors, in a 25 m pool, paired with the Garmin HRM-Swim blue sensor mounted on a blue chest strap.  Have been doing so since early December about four times per week, without any prior issues whatsoever.  Out of the blue, this past week, the watch did a re-boot as I was saving the data.  (I define a re-boot as when I see the white triangle on the black watch face followed by a long pause.)  The good news, though: nothing was lost.  Eventually, the Swim 2 imported all the data from the strap as usual.  The only inconvenience is that my "system" was offline for the few minutes that it takes to reboot.  This happened on two out of three consecutive swim sessions.  Today the watch was behaving perfectly well, again.  Has anyone else experienced this odd behaviour? Does anyone have a fix?
