strokes number problem

in my last pool session i counted the number of crawl strokes and it was (total left and right arm) 15-16/25m. Swim 2 counted 9.

Anyone has the same problem?

I have the same issue (with firmware 2.10). Swim 2 counts 1-2 strokes more than the old Garmin Swim and myself. Single

I had the impression, that the turns count strokes where there are none. Doesn't matter if open or flip turn.

Just updated now to 2.30. Maybe the new firmware fixed the issue. I'll test this next time in pool.

I tested a swim 2 fw 2.30. So fw 2.30 doesn't fix it.

Did you file a bug report/contact garmin support?

Try to report the issue, maybe it helps, if more users report the same issue.

I did it, but the outcome is currently pretty .... disillusioning.

After providing device Id, all versions, etc the only answer I've got was, that I have the newest version.

Former Member: what means this in Garmin slang? Will a bug report will be forwarded to the dev team or not?
