cant update my swim 2

Hello,
I'm unable to install the last 2.70 update.
When I connect through my watch or computer, it doesn't recognize there'e an update.
I'm currently with the 2.0 version.
Is it possible to receive the update through a file?

Are you sure with that versions?

Swim 2 official SW version is 2.10

beta SW version is 2.20

There is no 2.70 yet, and the SW version at release date was 2.10

Upps, sorry, 2.70 GPS version... Update with Garmin Express

Yes in sure. My virsion that appear at "about" is 2.20.

Please note that software version and GPS version are two different things.

The same menu item as software version:

>about, and then scroll down.
