Up until yesterday my sleep scores have always been 85+ most nights, my sleep history good/excellent and my sleep coach advising I normally need between 7h 30min and 8 hours sleep per night, depending on activity load and recovery etc.
In the last couple of days this has changed to say my sleep history is now poor and I now need 9 hour plus per night (which I've never needed). I'm currently nursing a calf injury so not running so my acute load is low/a the lower end of optimal (biking and swimming only) so assumed I would need less sleep. The only thing that has changed (from what I can tell) is following the latest software update (16.28) the new sleep alignment function has kicked in, although this is telling me I'm aligned.
This feels like a software glitch rather than the new data/metrics realising I need 9 hours + sleep...which I've never felt i needed. Has anyone experienced anything similar? any fixes?
I've added some screengrabs from connect for the last few days. The jump up happens last night/today. Cheers
