Piece of "rubber" under bezel has snapped out

I have purchased the watch in december, and some days ago a small piece of rubber/plastic snapped out from under the bezel.
It seems like a part of the seal, and I'm afraid to go into the water with it.

Has someone ever encountered that issue?
