v.16.28 Return the function of scrolling the menu with buttons in a circle after completing the run (activity)!

Why did they remove that function?

Make all the menus wrap around again!

Possible reasons:

- so that scrolling down on the home page shows notifications whilst scrolling up shows the Glances, and then removed it from all other menus

- because the recoded the UI and neglected to implement this previous function

Whatever the reason it makes the UI less attractive to use.
