On my 955 I had the option to select a T9 keyboard which was nice due to the small screen... On the 970 I can only seem to find the full qwerty keyboard, am I missing something or is there no other option available? While the option to have the full keyboard is nice, especially when using it on my wrist it's just so easy to hit the wrong letter.
(I mainly use it to search for locations on the map, rename saved locations, etc).
I don't want to use my phone for text entry, very often (when running) don't have it with me and just don't want to need it to operate the watch.

After searching a bit I read it's available in the messenger app, and indeed. There you get the option to choose the keyboard but not in other areas. Garmin, what?! Adding another one to the 'making no sense' collection.
