15.33 issues

Issue on 15.33 firmware.

After my auto update on my new FR970

The watch keep restart and trigger Reacue asst.

A couples of time later.

Watch cannot restart. Already send back to garmin agent.

I don't believe that. The installer will only attempt to install a firmware if the unpacked tests the download for completeness. Any 'bit' missing will stop the firmware from being installed.…

15.33 set my profile on the watch to a female, 53kg, 54 cm tall and said I sleep from about 5pm to 3pm.

Its herd to wake the watch up from sleep mode when I do I turn off sleep mode. The next day its back o again.

My Dob is being set on the watch from garmin connect but not the other fieds.

The shop I purchased the watch from said they can repair or exchange for hardware faults but suggest not for Garmin caused software problems ( they may get a lesson in Australian retail law soon).

Hi just got back my FR970 from convergent singapore.

They told me some time update isn't completed due to my phone battery flat.

When the firmware not completed updated thats what make my watch crash.

Maybe you guys can look on to this matters.
