Phone calls are not displayed

I have the same issue on my 970 that's only a week old.

If I power the watch off, then on, it will show one call. If I try a second call, I get no notification of the phone ringing. However, after I hang up, it shows that a call was missed.

On the phone's Bluetooth settings, it sees the 970 but shows that it is not connected. If I select "Connect", it says "Connecting" for a few seconds, then stops. Bluetooth on the phone has permissions for both Phone Calls and Contact Sharing

Text and app notifications work properly.

There seems to be a bug that needs to be addressed.

I am currently trying to replace my new watch for a other piece, I was checking settings with support, trying to pair them to another phone and it still did not work. What phone do you have?

I have a OnePlus running Android 11. The phone works fine with my Samsung watch, connects correctly to 3 of my vehicle's bluetooth, two headsets and a Heart Rate monitor

I do not think it is the phone that's the issue. It isi the Garmin 970

I have the same problem. I no longer get any notifications for phone calls until I either answer the call (then I get the ongoing call screen) or miss the call. It used to work fine, but it stopped sometime around the latest stable update of the watch.

Have you contacted support? I think it is a software issue so replacing the watch won't fix anything.
