my longer trail runs usually include rest breaks of 5-30 minutes. During the break I pause the watch, because I don't want the track to include GPS noise. While the Elapsed Time data field includes these breaks, I can't find any data field that shows me the average speed including rest breaks, that is - total distance divided by elapsed time. There is only "Average Speed" available for the Trail Run activity, which uses the total time without rest breaks. In the manual I see there is "Avg. Overall Speed - The average speed for the current activity, including both moving and stopped speeds." but I can't find it for Trail Run and Ultra Run activities. Any ideas?
