Sure that they messed up a bit with the rollout. I'm also received the 15.16, that is a beta version. I'm also not enrolled beta program, but It's now official that we're all in beta. I'm increasingly…
Not all fixed that have been mentioned the 15xx betas are in the now final released version 15.16 to all users.
For example in 15.05:
Garmin release management is a mystery
I still do not see any official communication.
This morning I noticed an other new software download without any activation. Not sure what this is about.
As mentioned by all of you: all this is very confusion.
I have the impression a last minute fix before communicating officially and closing the software update cycle.
Based on beta Change Log they do hard work to stabilise system, that now are really steady and smoothly. Only the map rendering is still slow.

I believe most of us follow the beta process so we don't need to list that here.
The issue, not question, is that we don't know whats really in this "final" 15.16 version. The list you mentioned is a number of 15.xx beta changes and fixes. As mentioned earlier not all seem to be in the "final" 15.16 version, for example the WiFi bug.
We have seen this behaviour in the release management from Garmin with the 965. Two different versions of the S/W for beta and production but same version and release numbers.
Just updated and it's nothing breathtaking. The most important feature for me - the Lifestyle Logging glance - is missing. The Health Status (this new one) is trying to refresh for 30 minutes already and still does not display the data. Don't understand, what should be wrong with Sleep Mode - it is still accessible through Modes shortcut, as was before.
So yeah - it does not look like the final release.
