Make flash light solid while running, and not blink

So when it’s passed sunset. The flashlight automatically activates. But I only have blink options blink, pulsating, signal, blitz and cadence. How do I get it to be solid without blinking?

You can always activate the flashlight manually when you feel it is time. However, that's obviously not automatic, so it might not be a satisfying solution for you.

I think you can't and I believe it's by design, you wouldn't finish your run with solid light turned on all all the time.
