Incorrect rain prediction

Today it is raining, all day. The weather app shows a nifty graphic of rain on a window and a rain icon, but the percentage chance of rain shows at 0%. I've noticed this a lot since having the watch from new.

The map view shows the correct location - and it cleat k ws it's raining - it's just the percentage chance that is always way off.

Does anyone else have this? Is it a known bug? Itxs nit a major problem but it is anmoying, and it seems like it should be simple to fix.

    I am not experiencing this on my Forerunner 970 but can definitely look into it. Were you able to get a screenshot this day from your phone's weather app showing it raining on there as well? If not, no worries. I can offer some guidance for improvement and if no improvement on the next day, please gather the screenshot from your phone and the picture from your watch. 

    Read this article to make sure settings are checked on your phone and restart device: Weather Widget Displays Wrong Information on My Garmin Device - these four steps are great to try:

    1. Restart Your Devices: Power both your smartphone and your Garmin device off and then back on. This simple step resolves most connection issues.

    2. Check the App Connection: Open the Garmin ConnectTm app and confirm your Garmin device is paired and shows a "Connected" status.

    3. Update Your Location (for GPS devices): Start an outdoor activity and briefly step outside to allow your device to acquire a GPS signal. This ensures it's pulling weather for your current location.

    4. For iPhone® Users: Ensure the Garmin Connect app is open or running in the background. Weather data cannot sync to your device if the app has been force closed.

    I experience the exact same issue with my Garmin Venu 4 41mm.

    Please note that the weather data is accessible and seems correct, the synchro with the phone is OK and the location is always enabled for the app. Weather forecast for today and upcoming days are OK, temperature is OK, icon for weather is OK and display expected values.

    BUT: the rain percentage is completely off, often stuck to 0% whatever the current weather, and same thing for upcoming days.

    It is not 100% reproducible though, some days it displays relevant values, and then with no reason it is stuck to 0% (whatever the current weather is rainy, sunny, whatever the next days, etc...)

    Something interesting: there does not seem to be any random value. It is either 0%, either the good value. I don't recall having seen a percentage between 1% and 100% which seemed very wrong. In other terms, when it does not work, it seems to display 0%.

    To sum-up, the issue is only with the rain percentage, while every other weather related features and widget do work correctly every time.
    I have already tried usual tips (restart devices, app connection, availability of GPS location, etc...)
