Microphone doesn't work during calls

Hi guys, when I bought the watch few weeks ago I was testing answering the calls on my watch and it was working ok. Since some time, my callers don't hear me. I tried to mute/unmute the mic, but without success.

I thought my microphone is broken, but I'm able to record Voice note or use the assistant.

What could be the issue?

I seem to have the same issue on my FR970.

But not only the mic is not working, the speaker on the watch is also not working, even though the call is connected.

Once I restart the watch, everything works fine (both mic and speaker are ok).

But without restarting the watch and i go on to a second call, the speaker and mic are dead once again.

So, i need to always restart the watch to have my mic and speaker working for each new call.

I read somewhere, that restart helps, but not in my case unfortunately. But I suspect it's a software issue, which can be fixed by developers
