What is going on with training readiness and recovery times? Mine are just rediculous (62 hours now with an easy zone 2 base run of only 7km) to the point of not being meaningful.
What's worse is training readiness is not changing, it's staying at 30 or below day after day after day.
At the same time, I'm getting a 100 body battery, with 8.5 hrs sleep and a sleep score between 75 and 80.. Stress scores of 19 or below, low rhr, balanced HRV....none of it is making sense. And to top it all off, I'm in a recovery week so my running volume is considerably lower than last week, but apparently I should be sitting on the couch because I'm doing too much and not recovering.
It's to the point that I can't take this data seriously because it is not making any sense at all.
